Matterhorn Investment Management LLP is authorised and regulated by the FCA (FCA firm reference number 219755); and registered as an Investment Adviser with the SEC. The firm's associate company, Matterhorn Investment Management (Asia) Limited is regulated by the SFC; and registered as an Investment Adviser with the SEC.
UK Stewardship Code
Under FCA rules and regulations, Matterhorn Investment Management LLP (“Matterhorn”) is required to include on its website a disclosure about the nature of its commitment to the UK Stewardship Code (the “Code”). The Code, overseen by the Financial Reporting Council, is a voluntary code and sets out the principles of good practice for the responsible ownership of UK listed companies by institutional investors.
Matterhorn invests in Emerging Markets and Frontier Markets globally. Investments in UK listed companies (which have an Emerging Market and/or Frontier Market exposure) form a small part of Matterhorn’s investment universe. Although the Code is not relevant to the majority of Matterhorn’s equity exposure, Matterhorn supports the principles of the Code with regard to its UK listed equity investments, and seeks to apply the same principles globally, taking into account local laws and practices.
